The following positions are currently available at the Boys & Girls Club of the Ozarks
RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR/ALLIANCE COORDINATOR
- Full-time, exempt position, with dual responsibilities between the Boys & Girls Club of the Ozarks and the Missouri Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs.
- Salary range: $38,000 to $42,000 annually
- Benefits:

- Responsibilities:
- Resource development duties including, but not limited to grant writing, management of tax credit projects, coordination of fundraising events, donor cultivation and stewardship, coordination of annual fundraising campaign, development of annual Resource Development Plan and calendar.
- Marketing duties including, but not limited to, writing press releases and special interest stories, development of quarterly newsletter, development of annual Marketing Plan and calendar, communication with various local and regional media outlets.
- Missouri Alliance of Boys & Girls Club duties including, but not limited to, grants management and reporting, direct communication with 13 Boys & Girls Club organizations across the State of Missouri, training and orientation to funding requirements for member organizations, planning and coordinating annual conference and legislative day activities, plan and organize quarterly Alliance Board meetings/conference calls, coordinate with lobbyist on grassroots communication efforts with legislators and non-elected government officials.
- Requirements:
- Four year degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of two years work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar non-profit organization with an emphasis on fundraising, marketing and community/public relations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Raiser's Edge, GiftMaker Pro, or other resource development management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles as they relate to fundraising efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to make public presentations.

PROGRAM AIDE - REEDS SPRING SCHOOL SITE
- Part-time, non-exempt position.
- Pay range: $7.25 - $7.75 per hour
- Responsibilities: Plan, facilitate, supervise and evaluate activities for youth in at our school-based site located at Reeds Spring Elementary School. Should demonstrate ability to incorporate fun, meaningful activities and programs in the areas of Education, Arts & Crafts, Social Recreation, Physical Fitness, Character Development and Technology.
- Requirements: Must be a minimum of 16 years of age. (High School diploma or GED, preferred).
- Some experience in working with children, preferably school-aged children.
- Basic knowledge of youth development.
- Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems.
- Ability to plan and implement programs/activities for youth.
- Ability to organize and supervise youth in a safe environment.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to squat or bend to communicate at youths' level.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds for short periods of time.
- Must be able to participate in physical activities throughout the facility, on the property and/or on field trips.

- Part-time, non-exempt position (full-time hours available through August 15)
- Pay range: $7.00 - $7.75 per hour

- Responsibilities: Plan, facilitate, supervise and evaluate activities for youth in a specific program area, such as Education, Arts & Crafts, Social Recreation, Physical Fitness and Technology.
- Requirements: Must be a minimum of 17 years of age. (High School diploma or GED, preferred).
- Some experience in working with children, preferably school-aged children.
- Basic knowledge of youth development.
- Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems.
- Ability to plan and implement programs/activities for youth.
- Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment.
